Bake the pastry bases

Put the pastry circles into greased molds, then prick the base with a fork. Put the molds on a parchment paper-lined baking tray. Put some dried beans in each pastry case so the pastry stays flat and can bake properly. Bake them for 20-25 minutes in a preheated oven at 350° F, then allow to cool.
