  • 2 flour tortillas
  • 1 pound canned tomato pulp
  • 20 cherry tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup Feta cheese
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese
  • Olive oil
  • Kosher salt and fresh black pepper
  • Fresh basil for garnish
