Non-Stick Cookware 2-3 years

Non-stick skillets usually have a Teflon coating that prevents food from sticking to the surface without added cooking fat. However, this type of pan has a lifespan of about 2 to 3 years max. So if you ever notice damage to the Teflon coating, then it's time to discard.  Instead, invest in some stainless steel pans, which generally last for years.
