Brussels Sprouts Gratin

You can never go wrong with coating cruciferous brussels sprouts with lots and lots of cheese. This recipe uses a combo of gruyère and parmesan cheeses and starts off by sauteing the sprouts in a pan so they get nice and brown, before finishing them off in the oven.
