Spinach and Artichoke Dip

Mix together parmesan cheese, spinach and artichoke hearts
- 2 Cups Parmesan Cheese
- 1 Box frozen spinach, chopped and drained
- 1 (14oz can)Artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 2/3 Cup Sour Cream
- 1 Cup Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/3 Cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Garlic, minced
Avocado Dip

mix avocados, lime juice, shallots and salsa in a food processor until smooth
- 2 Avocados, peeled and sliced
- 2TBSP fresh lime juice
- 4 green shallots, sliced
- 1 jar (213ml) salsa
- 2 TBSP chopped coriander
- salt and pepper to taste
Cream of Cauliflower/Brocolli Soup

Mother's recipe
- 2 Cups finely chopped broccoli or cauliflower
- 1.5 Cups water
- 1 tsp salt
- 1.8 tsp pepper
- 1.3 tsp sugar
- 4 cups milk
- 2 TBSP flour
- 2 TBSP Butter
