- 2L corn syrup
- 500ml chocolate syrup
- 2 c. water (1 c. HOT, 1 c. COLD)
- 2 tbsp (heaping) cornstarch
- 3 tbsp (heaping) coffee mate
- 1 28ml bottle red food colouring
- 10 ml yellow food colouring
Dad's Peanut Butter Cookies

Preheat oven to 350. In large bowl, cream butter and sugar
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. packed brown sugar
- 3/4 c. peanut butter
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- pinch of salt
