  • 4 shiitake mushrooms, thinly sliced and sauteed in peanut oil and seasoned with salt
  • 1 egg, cooked over easy
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon dark sesame oil
  • Soy sauce, to taste
