Bibimbap

Put cooked rice in large slightly shallow bowl
- Steamed white rice
- Bulgogi, recipe follows
- 1 carrot, julienned
- Cooked bean sprouts, sauteed in a little sesame oil or peanut oil and seasoned with salt
- Cooked spinach, sauteed in a little sesame or peanut oil and seasoned with salt
- 4 shiitake mushrooms, thinly sliced and sauteed in peanut oil and seasoned with salt
- 1 egg, cooked over easy
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon dark sesame oil
- Soy sauce, to taste

okonomiyaki

1. In a large bowl, whisk together Okonomiyaki Flour and Water until smooth 2
- Okonomiyaki Flour 100g
- Water (or Chicken stock) 160ml
- Eggs (or Egg substitute) 2 (or 120ml)
- Cabbage, cut into 3cm x 2-3ml strips 300g
- Green Onions, thinly sliced diagonally 2 stalks
- Tenkasu (Tempura bits) 30g
- Bacon, cut into 8cm (3") pieces 6 strips
- OPTIONAL
- Raw shrimp cut into approx 1cm (1/2") chunks 100g
- Bonus: Chinese sausage, cut diagonally 1-2 links
- Bonus: Beni Shoga (Pickled Ginger)30g
- TOPPINGS
- Kewpie Mayonnaise
- Okonomi Sauce
- Aonori (Seaweed Flakes)
- Katsuobushi (Bonito Flakes)

Family Fish Pie

Pre-heat the oven to 200ºC/400ºF/Gas 6
- Ingredients
- Potato topping
- 800g potatoes
- 30g butter
- 7 tbsp milk
- 4 tbsp freshly grated Parmesan
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- For the sauce
- 45g butter
- 1 large shallot, diced
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 45g flour
- 450ml fish stock
- 6 tbsp double cream
- 1 ½ tsp chopped fresh dill or chives, chopped
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to season
- Salmon & Cod Filling
- 250g salmon, skin removed and cut into 2 cm chunks
- 250g cod, skin removed and cut into 2 cm chunks
- 150g small cooked prawns
- 70g frozen peas

Stir the flour and salt together in a large bowl
- 110g plain flour
- Pinch of salt
- 1 egg
- 300 ml milk
- 15g melted butter
- Sunflower or canola oil for frying

Using a rolling pin, flatten the bread until about 5 mm / 1/8 in thick
- 1 x 80 g tin (or ½ x 160g tin) tuna in sunflower oil
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 and a half tbsp tomato ketchup
- 2 drops of Tabasco or to taste
- 2 slices white bread, crusts removed
- 2 in length of cucumber cut into strips
- 2 in length of carrot, coarsely grated
Apricot & White Chocolate Cereal Bars

Combine the oats, Rice Krispies chopped apricots and pecans in a mixing bowl
- 150g Jumbo rolled oats
- 50g Kellogg's Rice Krispies
- 50g dried apricots, chopped
- 50g chopped pecans (optional)
- 100g unsalted butter
- 85g golden syrup
- 75g white chocolate broken into pieces
- A pinch of salt
Quinoa Fruity Feast

Bring the water to a boil in a small saucepan, stir in the quinoa and bring back to the boil
- 2 oz (1/4 cup) quinoa
- 4 fl oz (1/2 cup) water
- 1 small apple, peeled, cored and finely diced

- 1/2 ripe banana, mashed

Creamy Quinoa Breakfast

Steam the apple and pear dice, then puree with the vanilla in a blender

- 1 drop of vanilla

Sweet Potato and Avocado Dinner
