Easy pumpkin soup (6 months+)

Place the sliced pumpkin in a pan with the water and butter
- 8 oz (1 cup) pumpkin, sliced
- 2 tsp unsalted butter
- 7 fl oz (just under 1 cup) water
- little milk (you can use formula/breastmilk if you wish)

Pumpkin stew with cinnamon (6 months+)

Place the pumpkin strips in a saucepan with the water and butter and simmer until very tender
- 1 lb (2 cups) pumpkin, cut into 1 inch strips
- 5 fl oz (2/3 cup) water
- 1 tsp unsalted butter
- 1 tsp flour
- 5 fl oz (2/3 cup) milk (you can use formula/breastmilk if you wish)

Spiced Pumpkin Soup

Preheat the oven to 375 deg F (180 deg C)
- 1 lb wedge of pumpkin in skin
- 2 oz (1/4 cup) unsalted butter
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- good pinch ginger
- pinch freshly ground black pepper
- 14 fl oz (1 3/4 cups) low sodium or homemade chicken stock

- 6 oz (1 1/2 cups) whole wheat flour
- 3 oz (3/4 cup) all purpose (plain) flour

- 3 tomatoes
