Lobster Mac and Cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- 1 pound elbow pasta (or any short cut pasta)
- 9 tablespoons butter
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 pound cooked lobster meat, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, plus more for garnish
- 1 1/2 cups crushed Ritz crackers (about 1 sleeve)
- 1/4 cup flour
- 3 cups whole milk
- 1 1/4 cups sharp white cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 1/4 cups gruyere cheese, shredded
- 1 cup fontina cheese, shredded
- 4 ounces brie, rind removed and chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon mustard powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Couscous With Chickpeas, Fennel, and Citrus

Trim fennel and cut into 1/4-inch thick wedges
- 1 large fennel bulb with fronds
- 3 tablespoons olive oil, divided
- 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 1/2 cups (or 1 15-ounce can) cooked and drained chickpeas
- 10 Kalamata olives, halved and pitted
- Zest and juice of 1/2 lemon
- Zest and juice of 1 orange
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup instant couscous
How to Make Ultra Smooth Homemade Hummus

Drain the chickpeas, reserving the juice in a small cup
- 1 15 ounce can chickpeas
- ½ cup tahini paste
- Juice of ½ a lemon
- 2 small cloves garlic, roughly chopped
- ¾ teaspoon salt, or more to taste
- Reserved chickpea water from the can
- Olive oil, parsley, paprika for serving
