Tiramisu Pie

- 12 ounces fat-free cream cheese, softened*
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons brandy or 1 teaspoon brandy flavoring
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 egg
- 6 ladyfingers, split
- 1 Keebler® Ready Crust® Reduced Fat Graham Pie Crust
- 1/3 cup strong black coffee
- 1 cup frozen fat-free non-dairy whipped topping, thawed
- 1 square (1 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate, grated

- 1 cup marshmallow creme
- 1/2 cup canned vanilla frosting*

Chocolate-Raspberry Cheesecake Bars

In medium bowl stir together KEEBLER SANDIES Simply Shortbread cookies, flour and butter
- 20 Keebler® Sandies® Simply Shortbread cookies (crushed to 2 2/3 cups)
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 3 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
- 3 packages (8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/4 cups seedless red raspberry preserves
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate morsels or white chocolate morsels
- 1 teaspoon shortening
Winter Black Bean Soup

Prepare beans as directed
- 3 cups cooked black beans
- 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped(about 1/2 medium onion)
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin(optional)
- 1 can(14.5 oz) Mexican-style diced tomatoes
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon lime or lemon juice(optional)
- Nonfat yogurt or low-fat sour cream and cilantro for garnish(optional)

Preheat the oven to 375F
- For the cookie crust:
- 1 large egg white
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup uncooked quick-cooking oatmeal
- cooking spray
- For Topping:
- 3oz fat-free cream cheese, softened
- 1/2(6oz container) nonfat vanilla yogurt
- fruit for topping the pizza
Tuna and Cannellini Bean Salad

- 1 (7 ounce) can premium canned tuna, drained
- 3/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced crosswise
- 2 (16 ounce) cans BUSH’S® Cannellini Beans, drained and rinsed

- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste

- 1 (16 ounce) can BUSH’S® Dark Red Kidney Beans
- 2 pieces celery, sliced
- 2 hard cooked eggs, chopped
- 2 dill pickles, diced
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Mayonnaise or Italian dressing
