In a heavy saucepan bring to a boil, the sugar, cocoa, butter and milk
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 tablespoons cocoa
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 3 cups oatmeal
- Waxed paper
Chewy Molasses Ginger Cookies

Spray cookie sheet with nonstick spray; set aside
- Nonstick cooking spray
- 1/3 cup margarine, softened
- 2/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

- 1/4 cup dark molasses
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour

- 1 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 3 cup chicken broth
- 1 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup sharp cheese, grated
- 1/4 cup parsley
- 1 Tbls seasoned breadcrumbs

- 20 Oreo cookies, divided
- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1-1/2 cups confectioners' sugar, divided
- 1 carton (16 ounces) extra creamy whipped topping, divided
- 15-20 miniature peanut butter cups, chopped
- 1 cup cold milk
- 1 package (3.9 ounces) instant chocolate pudding mix
Frozen Yogurt Birthday Cake Shakes

- 1.5 Quarts of Frozen Yogurt
- 2 cups of milk (Give or take on how thick or thin you like you shakes!)

In a large bowl combine cooked noodles, butter, Parmesan cheese, 1 cup of cottage cheese and eggs
- 1/2 pound of spaghetti noodles, cooked
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 2/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup diced onions
- 2 cups cottage cheese (or you can use ricotta cheese)
- 1 pound of ground beef
- 1 ½ cup spaghetti sauce
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
CHEESE BROCCOLI SOUP

- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. egg noodle --> (not cooked)

- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 3 cups of milk
- 1lb of Velveeta cheese
- 1/2lb of American cheese
