Lightly butter and sugar six (4-ounce) ramekins and set aside
- Lemon Curd (see recipe below)
- 1 pound (2 cups) granulated sugar
- 1 pound cream cheese
- 1/2 vanilla bean, split and seeds scraped out
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- Lemon slices (garnish)
- Mint sprigs (garnish)
- Lemon Curd
- 3 large eggs

- 3 envelopes of sazon with cilantro and annatto seed
- 2 tbs of Sofrito
- 3 sm cans Vienna sausage.( any kind)
- 2 tbs adobo with pepper
- 2 tbs cooking oil
- 1tsp yellow top mrs. dash
- 1tsp garlic powder
- 3 1/2 cups water.
Puerto Rican flan

- 1 cup sugar
- 5 eggs
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 can (12 oz) carnation or evaporated milk
- 1 tbs. vanilla extract
Habichuelas Guisadas (Pink Beans in Tomato Sauce)

Pink Beans in Tomato Sauce
- 1 Tbs Olive Oil
- 3 Tbs Sofito
- 1/4 – 1/2 cup Diced Ham or Sausage
- 1/2 8 oz can tomato sauce
- 1 envelope Sazon, Con Culantro y Achoite
- 1 can 15 oz Pink Beans
- 2 small Potatoes, diced
- Adobo with pepper to taste

- 2 bunches of broccoli
- Whipped butter

- 1 cup chopped fresh mushrooms
- 1 cup chopped onion

- 2/3 cup grated Romano cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil leaves

- 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 3 cups tomato pasta sauce
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
