Brocoli Casserole

Mix all ingredients together and place in casserole dish
- 1 small package frozen broccoli cooked and drained
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1 1/2 cup cooked rice
- 16 oz jar Cheez Whiz
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
Creamed Corn

Combine ingredients in roaster
- 22 cups corn precooked and off the cob
- 2 cup evaporated milk or cream
- 1 pint half and half
- 1 pound butter
- 1 cup sugar

Delicious Potatoes

Cube enough potatoes to fill a 9 x 13 inch pain Sprinkle onion soup mix over potatoes Dot with margarine
- Potatoes unpeeled
- 1 package dry onion soup mix
- 1 stick or 1/cup of margarine

- 1 qt pineapple juice
- 1 qt apricot nectar
- 1 12 oz frozen orange juice
- 1 12oz frozen lemonade
- 1 1/2 c vodka
- 1 pt apricot brandy
Hash Browns Quicke

Combine hash browns and melted margarine in backing dish Bake at 450 for 30 minutes
- 1 32 package hash browns
- 1 1/2 cheddar cheese shredded
- 2 green onions chopped
- 1 cup milk
- 1/3 melted margarine
- 2-3 cup diced ham
- 5 eggs
Cracker Spread

Mix all together and serve with crackers
- 6 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 tsp Accent seasoning
- 2 pkgs chipped beef, cut into small pieces
- 2 to 3 green onions chopped very fine or use onion powder to taste
Baked Peaches and Yams

- 1 16 oz can peach halves
- 1 16 oz can yams
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 t cinnamon
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Crockpot Cheese Dip

- 1 3lb box Velveeta cheese
- 1 lb hamburger
- 1 can Campbells Nacho Soup
- 1 sm can chopped green chillies
- 3 hot peppers
Sea Island Salad

- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 7 oz package macaroni
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 tsp celery seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon onion salt
- 7 oz can tuna drained
- 1 17 oz can peas
- 3/4 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 tsp minced green pepper
