Gnocchi with chicken and butternut squash cream

  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 pound butternut squash, diced
  • 1 lb. chicken breast, diced
  • 2 tablespoons sage
  • 1 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1 lb gnocchi
  • 6 tablespoons cream
  • 4 tablespoons Parmesan

Step 1

Heat a tablespoon of olive oil, brown the onion and squash 5 minutes.

Step 2

Add chicken and sage.

Pour the broth, salt and pepper and cook over low heat.

Step 6

Sprinkle with Parmesan before serving.
