Chicken Tomato and Mozzarella

  • 5 chicken cutlets
  • 1 package of knorr tomato mozzarella soup
  • 1 large red pepper
  • scant cup heavy cream
  • scant 1/2 cup of water
  • 1 package of mozzarella

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 F
Wash and seed peppers and cut into small pieces (very small).

Step 2

Mix soup mix with water and cream.

Step 3

Place the meat in a dish with salt and pepper (just a little).

Step 4

Arrange cut peppers and add to the dish.

Step 5

Pour in cream soup mix.

Step 6

Cut the mozzarella into thin slices and arrange on top.

Step 7

Bake for about 25 min.
