- Cauliflower florets
- 1 C. Cheese_ grated

Preparation
Step 1
Place cauliflower in large pan with enough water to cover
Step 2
Bring to a boil on HI
Step 3
Reduce heat to MED, put in cauliflower and simmer 20 minutes
Step 4
Drain and mash cauliflower
Step 5
Add to mashed potatoes
Step 6
Mash together with cheese
