Ingredients

  • 1) 1/2 kg of Chicken Cubes
  • 2) 1/2 tsp of Salt
  • 3) 1/2 tsp of White Pepper
  • 4) 1 Egg White
  • 5) 1 tbsp of Cornflour
  • 6) 1 tbsp of Oil
  • 7) 1 tbsp of Garlic
  • 8) 1 tbsp of Soya Sauce
  • 9) Spring Onions
  • 10) 1 Cup of Stock
  • 11) 1/2 Cup of Ketchup
  • 12) 2 tbsp of Chilli Sauce
  • 13) 2 tbsp of Vinegar
  • 14) 1 tbsp of Sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Marinate the chicken with salt, white pepper, egg white, cornflour, and 1 tbsp of oil.

Step 2

Mix it.

Step 3

Then pour some oil, add garlic for frying, add the chicken, vinegar, white pepper, salt, chilli sauce, soya sauce, and ketchup.

Step 4

Cook well until boiled. Add stock.

Step 5

Add cornflour paste for thickness.

Step 6
