Gratin Dauphinois

Gratin dauphinois, also known as Dauphinoise potaotes or potato gratin in English (although it doesn't quite have the same ring) is the ultimate comfort food. Sliced potatoes loaded with cream and cheese and baked in the oven, what's there to dislike?

If you want to put a twist on the traditional recipe, why not try zucchini instead of potato? It's our fave version, and you can try our recipe here. It's super easy and makes for an ideal side dish at a family gathering.
