Wegmans got its start in 1916 in Rochester, NY, and has since expanded into 99 stores going from New England to the Mid-Atlantic region. Wegmans—or "Weggies" as it's affectionately referred to by true believers—has a fiercely loyal cult following. Those of us who have been to the family-owned supermarket already know how great it is, but for the uninitiated, here's what all the hype is about.
