Baked Eggs

Take baked eggs from meh to mouthwatering by cooking them up in avocado halves with smoked salmon. All you have to do is remove about 2 tablespoons of avocado flesh from each half, add a small piece of smoked salmon to the hollow, and carefully crack in an egg. You can season with salt and pepper, then bake in a preheated oven at 425°F for 15-18 minutes. 

Ingredients: Eggs + Avocado + Smoked salmon

  • Cheddar cheese
  • Mozarella
  • 1 baguette
  • Sun-dried tomatoes

METHOD

  1. Cut your cheeses into thin slices
  2. Slice baguette down the middle (like a sandwich)
  3. Layer cheddar, blue, and mozarella cheese inside the bread
  4. Top with sun-dried tomatoes
  5. Close baguette and wrap with bacon strips
  6. Put in oven and bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees
  7. Slice and serve!
