Dijon Mustard

If you're looking for a strong flavor to enhance your dish, then a dollop of Dijon mustard might be for you! A truly authentic sauce, it's peppery and certainly packs a punch. You can buy it in its "old-fashioned" version which is made from grains, or already grounded, which is a little creamier.

It's best used with meat such as beef or lamb, but it also works well on a grilled cheese sandwich and even in mac and cheese! Just make sure to try a little first.
