Baked Potatoes

Potatoes are so underrated. A great source of carbohydrates, fiber, vitamins, and minerals; they provide us with a load of energy and are the perfect food to eat baked during the colder months when we need warming up!

For dinner, you can whip up a variety of combinations with whatever you have left over in the refrigerator. Why not try tuna mayonnaise? Or chili? Or simply a little butter and grated cheese? The options are endless!

Simply prick your potato with a fork and wrap it in aluminum foil so that a little packet is created. Cook for 40 min. at 390°F and once ready, load with your topping of choice.

Enjoy!
