  • 1/2 tsp powdered sugar
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Shaved chocolate or cocoa powder (optional, for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Place the chopped chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 15-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth and fully melted. Allow it to cool slightly.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk the heavy cream, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until soft peaks form. (For quick prep, you can use an electric hand mixer.)
  3. Gently fold the melted chocolate into the whipped cream, using a spatula. Mix just until fully combined and smooth, being careful not to deflate the cream.
