Hemp-Bread

Ingredients (for 1 loaf):

  • 1/2 cup whole grain spelt flour
  • 1/2 cup hemp protein powder
  • 1/2 packet dry yeast
  • 1/4 cup shelled hemp seeds
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup water

Instructions:

  1. Mix all the ingredients together to form a dough. Knead well and let it rise for about one hour.
  2. After the dough has risen, shape it into a small loaf with a bit more flour. Place it on a baking sheet and let it rise for another 20 minutes.
  3. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  4. Bake the loaf for approximately 50 minutes.
