Overnight Oats

Overnight oats are the ultimate no-fuss breakfast—simply mix oats, milk, and your favorite toppings the night before, and wake up to a delicious, nutritious meal that’s ready to eat. It’s perfect for adjusting to daylight savings when mornings feel a bit rushed.

Ingredients (for 1 serving):

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt (optional, for creaminess)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds (optional, for added fiber)
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • ¼ cup fresh or frozen berries
  • 1 tbsp chopped nuts or granola

Instructions:

  1. In a jar or container, combine oats, milk, yogurt, chia seeds, and sweetener. Stir well.
  2. Top with berries and nuts or granola.
  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours).
  4. In the morning, give it a stir and enjoy cold, or warm it up if preferred.
