Hashbrown Casserole

This delicious breakfast casserole is a classic, hearty dish perfect for mornings when you need a comforting and easy meal. Ingredients (for 6 servings):

  • 1 (20 oz) pkg frozen hash browns, thawed
  • 6 eggs
  • 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup diced cooked ham
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x13" baking dish.
  2. Spread hash browns evenly in the dish. Top with cheese and ham.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Pour over hash brown mixture.
  4. Bake for 40-45 min. until eggs are set and top is golden.
  5. Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
