Hashbrown Casserole
This delicious breakfast casserole is a classic, hearty dish perfect for mornings when you need a comforting and easy meal. Ingredients (for 6 servings):
- 1 (20 oz) pkg frozen hash browns, thawed
- 6 eggs
- 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup diced cooked ham
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x13" baking dish.
- Spread hash browns evenly in the dish. Top with cheese and ham.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Pour over hash brown mixture.
- Bake for 40-45 min. until eggs are set and top is golden.
- Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
