Ingredients (for 6 servings): For the Filling:
2 cups blackberries, hulled and sliced
1 cup blueberries
1 cup raspberries
1/3 cup sugar
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla extract
For the Topping:
3/4 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup flour
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly grease an 8-inch baking dish.
In a bowl, mix berries with sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, and vanilla. Pour into the baking dish.
In another bowl, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Stir in melted butter until crumbly.
Sprinkle the oat mixture evenly over the berries.
Bake for 30-35 min. until the topping is golden and the filling is bubbly.
