Ingredients (for 8 servings):
1½ lb green beans, trimmed and blanched
1 (10.5 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
½ cup milk
1 tsp soy sauce (optional, for depth)
¼ tsp black pepper
1½ cup crispy fried onions
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a large bowl, whisk together mushroom soup, milk, soy sauce (if using), and pepper.
Add green beans and 1 cup of the crispy onions. Toss to combine. Pour into a greased 9x13” baking dish and bake for 25 min.
Top with remaining onions and bake for 5–10 min. more, until bubbly and golden.
