These creamy, zesty bites are a summertime tradition at potlucks and family gatherings. The yolks are whipped with mustard, mayo, and a dash of vinegar to create a smooth filling that’s piped or spooned back into egg whites. A sprinkle of paprika on top is a must for that signature retro touch.

Ingredients (for 6 servings):

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Paprika, for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Hard-boil eggs, cool, peel, and slice in half.
  2. Remove yolks and mash with mayo, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spoon or pipe filling into egg whites. Sprinkle with paprika.
