Chili-Lime Shrimp

These zesty grilled shrimp come together fast with a bold chili-lime marinade. They're perfect as an appetizer or main dish. Serve them skewered or over a bed of rice for an easy win.

Ingredients (for 4 servings):

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt, to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, lime juice, chili powder, garlic powder, and salt.
  2. Toss shrimp in marinade and let sit for 15 minutes.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Grill shrimp 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
  5. Serve hot with lime wedges.
