3 cups all-purpose flour
1 tbsp sugar
2 tsp instant yeast
1 tsp salt
1 cup warm water
1/4 cup honey
3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
Instructions:
Mix flour, sugar, yeast, and salt in a large bowl. Add warm water and stir to combine.
Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
Scoop dough into 9 greased muffin cups or a square pan.
