These soft, golden knots are brushed with garlic butter and finished with a sprinkle of Parmesan and parsley. They look fancy but come together quickly using pre-made dough. Serve them as an irresistible side for pasta night or a party-ready appetizer.

Ingredients (for 12 knots):

  • 1 can refrigerated pizza dough or crescent dough sheet
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (fresh or dried)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the dough and cut into 12 strips. Tie each strip into a loose knot.
  3. In a small bowl, combine melted butter and garlic. Brush over knots.
