2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tbsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1½ cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
¼ cup chopped chives
1 cup buttermilk
½ cup unsalted butter, melted
Instructions:
