These tropical-inspired buns are subtly sweet and wonderfully soft. Pineapple juice gives them a unique flavor that pairs well with ham or pulled pork. They also work beautifully as mini sandwich rolls.
Ingredients (for 12 buns):
4 cups bread flour
1 packet instant yeast
1/3 cup sugar
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup butter, softened
2 eggs
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup warm milk
Instructions:
Mix flour, yeast, sugar, and salt. Add butter, eggs, juice, and milk.
Knead into a smooth dough and let rise for 1 hour.
