2 cups whole wheat flour
½ tsp salt
¾ cup water (adjust as needed)
Instructions:
Mix flour and salt in a bowl. Gradually add water until a soft dough forms.
Knead for 5–7 min. until smooth, then cover and let rest 30 min.
Divide into 8 balls, roll each into a thin circle.
