1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp chili powder
½ tsp paprika
½ tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
8 small tortillas (corn or flour)
2 cups shredded lettuce
½ red onion, thinly sliced
1 avocado, diced
¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
2 limes, cut into wedges
Instructions:
Toss the shrimp with olive oil, chili powder, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook in a skillet over medium heat for 3–4 min. until pink and cooked through.
Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or oven until pliable.
