Ingredients (for 2 servings):
8 oz lobster ravioli
4 tbsp unsalted butter
6–8 fresh sage leaves
Salt and lemon zest, optional
Instructions:
Cook ravioli per package instructions; drain.
Melt butter in a pan over medium heat. Add sage leaves and cook until butter is golden and fragrant.
Toss ravioli in brown butter and top with lemon zest and a pinch of salt.
