Instant ramen gets a serious upgrade in this easy stir-fry. Ground beef, veggies, and a simple soy-based sauce make this fast, filling, and better than takeout. Use whatever vegetables you have on hand.
Ingredients (for 2 servings):
1 pack instant ramen (discard seasoning)
1 tbsp oil
½ lb ground beef
1 cup shredded cabbage or carrots
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp hoisin or oyster sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
Instructions:
Cook the ramen, drain, and set aside.
In a skillet, cook the beef until browned. Add the veggies and cook 3–4 min.
Stir in the sauces and noodles. Toss to coat and serve immediately.
