Budget-Friendly Ground Beef Recipes That Taste Like a Million Bucks

Instant ramen gets a serious upgrade in this easy stir-fry. Ground beef, veggies, and a simple soy-based sauce make this fast, filling, and better than takeout. Use whatever vegetables you have on hand.

Ingredients (for 2 servings):

  • 1 pack instant ramen (discard seasoning)
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • ½ lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage or carrots
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp hoisin or oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Instructions:

  1. Cook the ramen, drain, and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, cook the beef until browned. Add the veggies and cook 3–4 min.
  3. Stir in the sauces and noodles. Toss to coat and serve immediately.
