Ingredients (for 2-3 servings):
1 tbsp oil
½ lb ground beef
½ tsp cumin
½ tsp chili powder
1 cup shredded cheese
4 flour tortillas
Optional: beans, peppers, salsa
Instructions:
Cook the beef with the spices until browned.
Heat a tortilla in a skillet, sprinkle with cheese, beef, and any extras. Top with a second tortilla.
Cook 2–3 min. per side until golden and cheese melts.
