,
Gourmandize

Creamy, comforting, and quick—this stroganoff uses ground beef instead of steak for a faster, more budget-friendly version. It’s rich without being heavy and pairs perfectly with egg noodles. Add a handful of mushrooms if you have them.

Ingredients (for 4 servings):

  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • Cooked egg noodles
  • Parsley for garnish

Instructions:

  1. In a skillet, melt the butter and cook the onion and garlic until soft. Add the beef and cook until browned.
  2. Stir in the broth, mustard, and simmer for 5 min.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the sour cream.
  4. Serve over noodles and garnish with parsley.
