Ingredients (for 4 servings):
1 lb ground beef
1 tbsp taco seasoning
2 cups uncooked rotini
1¾ cups water
1 cup salsa
1 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend
Sour cream and green onions, for topping
Instructions:
Brown the beef in a skillet and drain the excess fat. Stir in the taco seasoning.
Add the pasta, water, and salsa. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat, and cover.
Cook for 12–14 min., stirring occasionally, until the pasta is tender.
