1 cup long-grain white rice
2 cups broccoli florets
2 1/2 cups chicken broth
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup milk
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 tbsp butter
Instructions:
In a large skillet, combine rice, broccoli, and broth. Bring to a boil, then cover and simmer 15 min.
