Ingredients (for 6 servings):
2 lbs baby carrots
¼ cup brown sugar
¼ cup butter, melted
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp cinnamon (optional)
Instructions:
Add carrots to the slow cooker.
Mix melted butter, brown sugar, salt, and cinnamon (if using) in a bowl.
Pour over carrots and stir to coat.
Cover and cook on HIGH for 3–4 hours or LOW for 6–7 hours, until tender.
