Ingredients (for 1 small pizza):
1 cup mashed cooked sweet potato
1/2 cup oat flour or rolled oats
1 tbsp olive oil
1/4 tsp salt
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400°F. Mix all ingredients into a soft dough.
Press onto a parchment-lined baking sheet about 1/4 inch thick.
Bake for 20–25 minutes until firm and lightly browned.
