1 cup chickpea flour
3/4 cup water
2 tbsp olive oil
1/4 tsp salt
Instructions:
Whisk ingredients until smooth and let rest 30 minutes.
Heat a cast-iron skillet in a 450°F oven. Add a little oil, then pour in the batter.
Bake 10–12 minutes until firm and golden. Cool slightly, top, and broil briefly if needed.
