Instead of buying flavored yogurts, buy plain ones and sweeten them yourself. One teaspoon of sugar per yogurt is more than enough, and you'll be surprised to know that pre-sweetened yogurts often contain double or triple that amount of sugar! You can also alternate with honey, agave or other sweeteners.
