It's really tempting to spend all day snuggled underneath your covers — we even encourage it, within moderation! But if you're immobile for too long, your body temperature will drop, making it very difficult the moment you have to leave your warm blanket fortress. Especially when you're outside or if your home is unavoidably drafty, make sure you remember to regularly get up and move around, or even do a bit of light exercise if it gets especially chilly.
