These are basically dessert grilled cheese sandwiches: choose your bread, spread each piece with raspberry preserves (or another flavor) and hazelnut spread, butter on the outer sides like you would a grilled cheese, and grill. It doesn't get more deliciously simple than that!

This light, airy Nutella Mousse is the perfect no-bake dessert.

 

INGREDIENTS

  • Cream Cheese
  • Nutella
  • Sugar
  • Vanilla extract
  • Milk
  • Whipped cream
  • Chocolate shavings or sprinkles

METHOD

  1. Mix together cream cheese, Nutella, sugar, and vanilla extract
  2. In another bowl, whip milk to soft peaks using an electric mixer 
  3. Stir in with Nutella mixture
  4. Pour into glasses and top with whipped cream
  5. Add chocolate shavings or sprinkles
  6. Serve!
