How To Make A Decadent Chocolate Cake Without Flour

Method

Break the chocolate into small pieces (or use chocolate chips), then melt them in a hot water bath over the stove, along with the butter, reduced to small chunks.

Put the eggs and sugar in a bowl and whisk them with an electric mixer until you obtain a homogeneous and fluffy mixture. Now add the chocolate and melted butter and mix everything together well. 

Add the unsweetened cocoa through a sieve, then stir again.  Pour the batter into an 8-inch cake tin lined with parchment paper. Then bake at 350° F for about 30 minutes. 

Once the cake has cooled, sprinkle it with powdered sugar. Then serve and enjoy!

INGREDIENTS

  •  1.3 cups beetroot
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons oil

METHOD

  7. Bake for 30 minutes, or until you a pick comes out clean. 
  8. Top with melted dark chocolate, and enjoy!
