Method

In a large bowl, mix warm milk with melted butter and sugar. The mixture should be warm and have a temperature of approximately 40°C. If it is above this temperature, allow it to cool slightly. Sprinkle the yeast evenly over the warm mixture and let stand for 1 minute.
